Free health tracker app
VeryFitPro is a free health mobile app that allows you to track your fitness regimen with ease. Developed by Smart Wearable Devices, this handy app functions similarly to other fitness tracker apps and lets you record your workouts, as well as remind you of set times when you should exercise. It’s compatible with certain smartwatches—however, while it will require Bluetooth to sync data, it can easily drain your battery fast.
Is VeryFitPro safe?
Like other apps such as Fitbit and Yoho Sports, VeryFitPro acts as a fitness tracking app—but instead of offering you exercise routines, it records your health every day. It watches over three aspects: your Activity, Sleep, and Heart Rate. Activity encompasses the number of calories you’ve burned, the mileage you’ve traveled, and the duration of your movements. Sleep consists of light and deep sleep, and their average duration. Meanwhile, Heart Rate includes cardio exercise and fat burning.
There are four tabs you can visit on the app, right on the bottom of the screen. The Main Page contains a summary of the three aspects that you can toggle. The Details tab contains the charts and graphs showing your progress every week. Meanwhile, the Device tab shows the settings available for your wearable fitness device, such as different alerts. Lastly, the User tab has the general settings and your profile. It’s pretty safe to use.
The app functions well enough—however, its major issues lie in its connection with your device. For one, it can only accommodate one device at a time. There’s no option to create different profiles for different users if you’re sharing the mobile device and the app. Another is that it doesn’t actually close all the way once you exit the interface and you may have to force stop the app so it doesn’t continue to drain your battery.
So-so performance
All in all, VeryFitPro is an alright choice for a health tracker. However, it’s not as flexible as other similar apps of this category and you may face some difficulties while trying to operate it after a while. It’s easy to use, however—with its user interface quite straightforward to navigate.
